Welcome to our store. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R70 per order unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping

  • Customers may choose between PEP Paxi or The Courier Guy for delivery.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive a faulty or non-working tablet, you may request a return.
  • All returned tablets are inspected and tested before a refund or replacement is approved.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be provided if our inspection confirms a manufacturing fault.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, physical impact, unauthorized repairs, or any customer-related cause are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • If customer-caused damage is identified, the same tablet will be returned to the customer.

5. Warranty

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, or damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate order and delivery information.
  • Use the product according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, except where required by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
